Tahoma Valley Apartments provides affordable housing for applicants whose income does not exceed the maximum allowable income based on their household size.
Total annual income to qualify must be at or below the income limits, depending on the number of persons in the household. Applicants will complete a Rental Application and Income/Asset Verification to determine eligibility based on the [Screening Criteria].
